WH30-3020 Taper Lock Weld on Hub
Weld-on-Hubs are designed to enable to conversion of platewheels to sprockets, with a fully welded construction taking a taper lock bush. Taper bore Weld-on-Hubs are made out of steel, drilled, tapped and taper bored to suit standard taper lock bushes. The extended flange provides a convenient means of welding hubs into fan rotors, steel pulleys, platewheels, impellers and many other products which must be firmly fastened to the shaft. Weld-on-Hubs are easy to install and entirely suitable for use where severe operating condition need to be met. Tightening the screws contracts the bore of the bush, theerby locking it to the shaft with the equivalent of a press fit.
