Returns Policy


Ashley Bearings offer a 30 day return policy for items purchased via the website. Please call us on 01202 746031 to discuss the products you wish to return to us, alternatively you can email us on websales@ashleybearings.co.uk. Once the initial return has been discussed, we will email you with our official returns note paperwork. Please ensure this returns form is shipped to us in the same parcel as the products you are returning to us.

Please ensure that the products being returned to us are in "as new" condition and are well packaged and protected to avoid any potential damages during transport. We require products to be returned in a similar quality outer packaging in which they arrive. 

Please refrain from defacing or damaging any commercial packaging when goods are boxed in the manufacturers packaging as damaged, or modified products cannot be refunded.

We are unable to accept returns of used products. If a used product is returned to us a refund will not be processed.

All products returned after 30 days may not be accepted. If a product is accepted after 30 days, a 25% handling / restocking fee will be charged.

 

What will happen to my delivery charge?

If products have been returned to us because of an error on our behalf or because the products are damaged, we will refund the delivery charge you paid (if applicable). All returned products will be checked on receipt including those noted as damaged, faulty or defective. In the event we find no faults, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the products returned and to recover our expenses from you.

If products have been returned to us where there is no error on our behalf, we will be unable to refund the carriage charge you paid.
