Morris Marcia D Neat Cutting Oil
Marcia D is a multi-purpose neat cutting oil containing extreme pressure and lubricity additives developed especially for use in medium to heavy duty applications on free cutting, medium tensile, certain stainless steel and many non-ferrous alloys. Marcia D therefore finds use in many different applications involving numerous materials and hence is a useful product for workshop rationalisation. Marcia D is formulated with extreme pressure and lubricity additives to ensure improved performance, surface finish and reduced tool wear.

Applications:
- Low, Medium and high tensile steels: Automatics, turning, milling, drilling
- Low, Medium and high tensile steels, some non-ferrous alloys: Gear cutting, thread rolling
- Low to medium tensile steels and some non-ferrous alloys: Non critical broaching, tapping
Note: Marcia D contains active sulfur and may stain yellow metals such as copper and cuprous alloys, particularly at elevated temperatures.
