Loctite 2701 thread lock adhesive is designed for the permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners. This product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Loctite 2701 is particularly suited for use on inactive substrates and/or where maximum resistance to hot oil is required.
